Attorney Regulation.

The Presiding Disciplinary Judge approved a Conditional Admission of Misconduct submitted by the parties and suspended attorney Wade Alan Jensen (Attorney Registration No. 37001) from the practice of law for a period of six months, effective May 15, 2011. Respondent was suspended for six months from the practice of law in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts for misrepresenting his qualifications during a job search in violation of Mass. RPC 8.4(c) and 8.4(h). His misconduct constituted grounds for the imposition of reciprocal discipline pursuant to C.R.C.P. 251.5 and 251.21.
