In lieu of granting leave to appeal, the judgment of the Court of Appeals is vacated in part, and the case is remanded to the Court of Appeals for further consideration and decision on the merits of the question whether MCL 333.5210; MSA 14.15(5210) is constitutional. MCR 7.302(F)(1). In all other respects leave to appeal is denied because the Supreme Court is not persuaded that the questions presented should be reviewed. Jurisdiction is not retained.
