Counsel appointment order filed
On the court's own motion, the order appointing Joseph Schlesinger, in his capacity as the Executive Director of the California Appellate Project in San Francisco, as interim appellate counsel of record for appellant Glenn Wade Jennings, filed December 14, 2016, is hereby vacated.
Upon request of appellant for appointment of counsel, Sharon Fleming is hereby appointed to represent appellant Glenn Wade Jennings for the direct appeal in the above automatic appeal now pending in this court.
