THE COURT :

The opinion issued on June 20, 2006 (140 Cal.App.4th 805; __Cal.Rptr.3d__), is hereby modified.

On page 2, [140 Cal.App.4th 809, advance report, 1st full par., lines 5, 6] the following language is deleted from the last sentence in the second paragraph beneath the boldface “Introduction” heading: “by doubling appellant’s term of life without possibility of parole and.”

The modification requires no change in the judgment.
