Defendant having moved pursuant to CPL 460.30 to extend the time to take an appeal from the judgments of the Cayuga County Court, rendered October 17, 2017 and January 8, 2019,
Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is dismissed as untimely as to the judgment rendered October 17, 2017, and
It is further ORDERED that the motion is denied as to the judgment rendered January 8, 2019.
