People v. Jarrett

Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of New York, Second Department
May 26, 1981
81 A.D.2d 925 (N.Y. App. Div. 1981)

Opinion

May 26, 1981

Appeal by defendant from a judgment of the County Court, Westchester County, rendered May 21, 1980, convicting him of criminal possession of stolen property in the second degree, upon a plea of guilty, and imposing sentence. Judgment affirmed. We have reviewed the record and agree with appellant's assigned counsel that there are no meritorious grounds which could be raised on this appeal. Counsel's application for leave to withdraw as counsel is granted (see Anders v California, 386 U.S. 738; People v Pearson, 62 A.D.2d 1043; People v Foster, 58 A.D.2d 814). Titone, J.P., Gibbons, Gulotta and Margett, JJ., concur.
