An appeal having been taken to this Court from a judgment of the Supreme Court, New York County, rendered on or about February 22, 2019, And defendant-appellant having moved for summary reversal of the aforesaid judgment of conviction and sentence, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of directing the court reporters to furnish the outstanding transcripts from June 25, 2018; June 26, 2018; June 27, 2018; and November 15, 2018 to defendant's counsel, without charge, within 30 days of service of this order by defendant's counsel on the principal or supervising court reporter for New York Supreme Court Criminal Term, which shall be deemed good and sufficient service upon the court reporters, and is otherwise denied.
