PEOPLE v. JAMES


The request for consideration of an additional issue in the petition for review is granted.

The petition for review is granted. The matter is transferred to the Court of Appeal, First Appellate District, Division Two, with directions to vacate its decision and reconsider the cause in light of Senate Bill No. 567 (Stats. 2021, ch. 731). ( Cal. Rules of Court, rule 8.528(d).) The Reporter of Decisions is directed not to publish in the Official Appellate Reports the opinion in the above-entitled appeal filed October 28, 2021, which appears at 70 Cal.App.5th 1031, 286 Cal.Rptr.3d 69. ( Cal. Const., art. VI, § 14 ; Cal. Rules of Court, rule 8.1125(c)(2).)
