DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION
Appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Suffolk County, rendered November 30, 2018. Motion by the appellant pro se to enlarge the judgment roll to include the transcripts of certain proceedings which occurred on October 18, 2017, May 30, 2018, June 18, 2018, and August 14, 2018, in the above-entitled matter.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied as unnecessary as the subject transcripts are properly part of the record; and it is further, ORDERED that on or before August 9, 2021, the respondent shall upload, through the digital portal on this Court's website, digital copies of the transcripts of the proceedings which occurred on October 18, 2017, May 30, 2018, June 18, 2018, and August 14, 2018, as exhibits.
