ORDER

Kirsten Frank Kelly, Presiding Judge.

The application for leave to appeal is DENIED for lack of merit in the grounds presented. Having reviewed the challenged sentence in light of the principles set forth in People v Posey, __ Mich. __; __N.W.2d __ (2023) (Supreme Court Docket No. 162373), and People v Posey (On Remand), Mich.App.; N.W.2d (2023) (Docket No. 345491), we conclude that it was proportionate to the seriousness of the circumstances surrounding the offense and the offender.

Hood, J., would grant the application for leave to appeal.
