Defendant having moved for an enlargement of time to perfect the appeal from the judgments of the Supreme Court, Bronx County, rendered on or about February 21, 2017, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of enlarging the time to perfect the appeal to the September 2019 Term, with leave to seek further enlargements, if necessary.
