Prosecution for unlawful manufacture and possession of intoxicating liquors and maintenance of a nuisance under Cahill's St. ch. 43, ¶ 23. Conviction, sentence and fine.

Error to the County Court of Rock Island county; the Hon. George D. Long, Judge, presiding. Heard in this court at the May term, 1928.

Reversed and remanded with directions.
