People v. Jackson

Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of New York, Second Department
Apr 15, 1985
110 A.D.2d 784 (N.Y. App. Div. 1985)

Opinion

April 15, 1985

Appeal from the Supreme Court, Kings County (Goldman, J.).

Judgment affirmed.

Contrary to defendant's contentions on appeal, the evidence, when viewed in the light most favorable to the prosecutor, supports the guilty verdict ( see, People v. Contes, 60 N.Y.2d 620). We further find no merit to defendant's claim that his sentence was excessive. Mangano, J.P., Gibbons, Bracken and Niehoff, JJ., concur.
