An appeal having been taken from a judgment of the Supreme Court, New York County, rendered on or about February 25, 2014, And, an order of this Court having been entered on February 11, 2016 (M-350), deeming defendant's appeal withdrawn, And defendant having moved, pro se, for reinstatement of his appeal, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, it is Ordered that defendant's motion is denied.
