DECISION AND ORDER ON MOTION

Motion for an extension of time to file and serve a pro se supplemental brief and for other relief.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion, and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the pro se supplemental brief shall be filed and served on or before July 16, 2012. The motion is otherwise denied in all respects. It is noted that, in the event the pro se supplemental brief is not filed and served on or before July 16, 2012, permission to file such brief shall be withdrawn.
