PEOPLE v. ISOM

Supreme Court of Michigan
May 31, 2000
640 N.W.2d 872 (Mich. 2000)

Opinion

No. 111530

May 31, 2000.

Appeal from COA: 196788, Calhoun CC: 96-000162-FC.

On November 10, 1998, we directed the prosecutor to show cause why this case should not be remanded to the circuit court for a hearing. The prosecutor filed an answer to the show cause order, and counsel for the defendant has filed a reply. On order of the Court, the delayed application for leave to appeal from the December 30, 1997, decision of the Court of Appeals is again considered, and it is DENIED because we are not persuaded that the questions presented should be reviewed by this Court.
