DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by appellant for an enlargement of time to perfect an appeal from a judgment of conviction of the Justice Court of the Village of Lake Success, Nassau County, rendered February 11, 2015, and to compel the Justice Court to file the record on appeal with this court.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion seeking an enlargement of time to perfect the appeal is granted and the appeal shall be perfected by July 1, 2016; and it is further,

ORDERED that the branch of the motion seeking to compel the Justice Court to file the record on appeal with this court is denied as moot, as the record has now been filed with this court.
