An appeal having been taken to this Court from the order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about September 28, 2017 denying petitioner's Writ of Habeas Corpus, And an order of a Justice of this Court having been entered on October 5, 2017, inter alia, (1) setting bail for Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of maintaining the relief granted by the order of a Justice of this court dated October 5, 2017, and otherwise denied.

No. 5342/15 was reinstated to $50,000 of the original posted bail bond exoneration of which was stayed; and (3) Bail under Ind. No. 1614N/17 was reinstated to $10,000, exoneration of which had been stayed,
