Appellant having moved for an extension of time to perfect the appeal taken from the judgment of Supreme Court, Lewis County rendered March 30, 2012,

Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of John J. Raspante, Esq. dated October 26, 2014, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, the affidavit of Bradley E. Keem, Esq. sworn to November 12, 2014, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered September 3, 2014 is hereby amended by striking therefrom the date November 3, 2014 and inserting in place thereof the date March 2, 2015.
