Summary Disposition.

No. 124342. In lieu of granting leave to appeal, the Court of Appeals judgment is vacated in part, and the case is remanded to that Court for reconsideration of defendant's argument that the circuit court erroneously refused his request to instruct the jury on involuntary manslaughter in light of People v. Mendoza, 468 Mich 527 (2003). MCR 7.302(G)(1). Jurisdiction is not retained. Court of Appeals No. 238389.
