Appeal, as limited by the appellant's motion, from a sentence of the County Court, Orange County (Craig Stephen Brown, J.), imposed July 27, 2018, which was determined by decision and order of this Court dated October 20, 2021.
On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that Walter J. Storey, 301 Main St., Suite 2E, Goshen, NY 10924, counsel assigned to prosecute the appeal by decision and order on motion of this Court dated October 14, 2020, is relieved of the assignment and directed to turn over all papers in this action to new counsel herein assigned; and it is further, ORDERED that pursuant to County Law § 722 the following named attorney is assigned as counsel to take whatever action deemed necessary in connection with the decision and order of this Court dated October 20, 2021, including notifying the appellant or performing any additional duties pursuant to 22 NYCRR 671.4:
