Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of New York, First Department
May 27, 1958
6 A.D.2d 688 (N.Y. App. Div. 1958)

Opinion

May 27, 1958

Order unanimously affirmed. Although under the rule in People v. Breslin ( 4 N.Y.2d 73) we are not required to do so, we have examined the record and on such review we find no basis for disturbing the prior order of affirmance.
