Appeal by defendant from an order of the County Court, Queens County, dated February 14, 1961, denying, without a hearing, his coram nobis application to vacate judgments, entered February 29, 1952, convicting him, on his pleas of guilty, of murder in the second degree and attempted robbery in the first degree, and sentencing him to serve a term of 20 years to life on the murder count and 5 to 10 years on the robbery count, the sentences to run concurrently. Order affirmed. No opinion. Nolan, P.J., Beldock, Ughetta, Christ and Pette, JJ., concur.
