On order of the Court, the application for leave to appeal the January 21, 2016 order of the Court of Appeals is considered and, pursuant to MCR 7.305(H)(1), in lieu of granting leave to appeal, we REMAND this case to the Oakland Circuit Court. On remand, in addition to the relief ordered by the Court of Appeals, the circuit court shall reconsider the scoring of sentencing guidelines offense variable 10 in light of People v Gloster, ___ Mich ___ (Docket No. 151048, decided May 24, 2016).
