The above-captioned matter is transferred to the Court of Appeal, Fourth Appellate District, Division One, with directions to vacate its decision and to reconsider the cause in light of People v. Franco (2018) 6 Cal.5th 433, 240 Cal.Rptr.3d 766, 430 P.3d 1233 and People v. Page (2017) 3 Cal.5th 1175, 225 Cal.Rptr.3d 786, 406 P.3d 319. ( Cal. Rules of Court, rule 8.528(d).)
