ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated June 2, 2023, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, rendered May 22, 2018, is amended by deleting from the caption thereof the Ind. No. "4515/2014" and substituting therefor the Ind. No. "4514/2014."
