An appeal having been taken from a judgment of the Supreme Court, New York County, rendered on or about January 17, 2020,

And an order of a Justice of this Court having been entered on January 17, 2020, inter alia, granting a stay of execution of sentence and fixing defendant's bail in the sum of $1,000,000 insurance company bond or $1,000,000 cash , pending the hearing and determination of the appeal, on condition that the appeal be perfected within 120 days thereof,

And defendant having moved for an order extending the stay of execution of sentence and continuing the current bail conditions,

Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and upon stipulation of the parties dated May 6, 2020, and due deliberation having been had thereon, it is

Ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of continuing the stay of execution of sentence and bail previously set by an order of a Justice of this Court, entered on January 17, 2020, upon the original terms and conditions, the appeal having been perfected on October 5, 2020. Entered: December 29, 2020
