The People of the State of New York, Respondent, v. Kayvaun Howz, Defendant-Appellant.


Defendant having moved for an order amending a prematurely filed notice of appeal to correct the judgment date thereon and for an enlargement of time in which to file a notice of appeal from said judgment of the Supreme Court, Bronx County, rendered on or about January 3, 2019, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of deeming the notice of appeal timely filed from the January 3, 2019 judgment.
