DECISION AND ORDER ON MOTION
By order dated January 12, 2017, assigned counsel, James P. Ferrari, Esq., was assigned to represent the appellant. Counsel has failed to perfect the appeal or seek a further extension of time to do so.
Now, therefore, upon the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that in the event the appeal is not perfected on or before January 2, 2018, James P. Ferrari, Esq., shall be relieved of this assignment and new counsel assigned.
