DECISION AND ORDER ON MOTION

Motion, pursuant to CPL 460.30, for extension of time to take appeal.

Motion for permission to proceed as a poor person, assignment of counsel and for release on bail pending appeal.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion for an extension of time to take appeal is denied, on the grounds that the motion papers fail to set forth grounds for relief pursuant to CPL 460.30, and it is further

ORDERED that the motion for permission to proceed as a poor person and assignment of counsel is denied, and it is further

ORDERED that the motion for release on bail pending appeal is directed to Justice Spain, who makes the following decision: Motion denied.
