DECISION AND ORDER ON MOTION

Motion to relieve assigned counsel and to assign new counsel or, in the alternative, to proceed pro se on appeal.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion, and the papers filed in response thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that assigned counsel is relieved from any further obligation to represent appellant upon this appeal, and it is further

ORDERED that appellant's poor person status is continued and he is authorized to proceed pro se, and it is further

ORDERED that assigned counsel shall forthwith deliver to appellant any and all documents and other items in their possession relative to this appeal, and it is further

ORDERED that the time to perfect the appeal is extended to January 15, 2018.
