THE PEOPLE, Plaintiff and Respondent, v. JAMES LEE HORNSBY, Defendant and Appellant.

James Hornsby appeals from a judgment of conviction entered upon a plea of nolo contendere. Appellants court-appointed counsel has briefed no issues and asks this court to review the record pursuant to People v. Wende (1979) 25 Cal.3d 436. We have reviewed the record, and we agree with counsels assessment that there is no issue warranting further briefing. Before accepting appellants nolo contendere plea, the court advised him of the direct consequences of his plea and the constitutional rights he would be waiving. Appellant knowingly and voluntarily entered his plea.

There was no sentencing error.

The judgment is affirmed.

We concur: McGuiness, P. J. and Corrigan, J.
