DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant for leave to reargue his application for a writ of error coram nobis to vacate, on the ground of ineffective assistance of appellate counsel, a decision and order of this Court dated January 11, 1988 (People v Horan, 136 AD2d 569), affirming a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, rendered June 13, 1985. The application was determined by decision and order of this Court dated October 24, 2012.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied.
