People of Michigan v. Michael Christian Hopkins

LC No. 19-005073-01-FH

Anica Letica Presiding Judge Noah P. Hood Kristina Robinson Garrett Judges

ORDER

The Court orders that the motion to remand is treated as a motion to expand the scope of the remand granted by the Court's remand order entered on September 24, 2021, and it is DENIED. The expansion of the scope of the remand to include a motion for resentencing is denied for failure to persuade the Court of the necessity for the trial court to address the guidelines scoring challenges at this time. The denial is without prejudice to a case call panel of this Court determining that remand is necessary once the case is submitted on a session calendar.
