ORDER

Christopher M. Murray, Judge, acting under MCR 7.211(E)(2), orders:

The motion to extend the time the appeal is held in abeyance is DISMISSED AS MOOT.

The motion to replace the previously-filed appellant's brief and allow the filing of a motion to remand is GRANTED. The appellant's brief filed on September 8, 2020, and the supplemental brief filed on August 2, 2021 are STRICKEN. The appellant's brief received on September 16, 2022 and the accompanying motion to remand are accepted for filing. Because the previously-filed appellant's briefs have been stricken, the appellee's briefs filed on October 21, 2020, and November 15, 2021, in response to those briefs are also STRICKEN. The time for filing appellee's brief under MCR 7.212(A)(2)(a)(ii) in response to the replacement brief will be calculated from the Clerk's certification of this order.
