ORDER
Christopher M. Murray, Judge, acting under MCR 7.211(E)(2), orders:
The motion to hold the appeal in abeyance is GRANTED TO THE EXTENT that the appeal is HELD IN ABEYANCE until February 25, 2022. On or before the expiration of the abeyance period, appellant's counsel shall file with this Court written notice that appellant intends to proceed with the appellant's brief that has been filed or file a motion to supplement or replace the appellant's brief that is accompanied by the proposed brief.
