PEOPLE of the State of Michigan, Plaintiff–Appellee, v. Jesse Lawerence HOLT, a/k/a Jesse Lawrence Holt, Defendant–Appellant.

Order

On order of the Court, the application for leave to appeal the April 10, 2012 judgment of the Court of Appeals is considered and, it appearing to this Court that the cases of Florida v. Jardines, cert. gtd ––– U.S. ––––, 132 S.Ct. 995, 181 L.Ed.2d 726 (2012), and Florida v. Harris, cert. gtd ––– U.S. ––––, 132 S.Ct. 1796, 182 L.Ed.2d 615 (2012), are pending on appeal before the United States Supreme Court and that the decisions in those cases may resolve an issue raised in the present application for leave to appeal, we ORDER that the application be held in ABEYANCE pending the decisions in those cases.
