Judgment of resentence, Supreme Court, New York County (Eduardo Padro, J.), entered on or about July 15, 2010, resentencing defendant to a term of 7 years, unanimously affirmed.

The court provided a sufficient reduction of sentence pursuant to CPL 440.46, and we perceive no basis for a further reduction.
