Appellant having moved to consolidate appeals taken from the judgments of Ontario County Court, rendered August 5, 2016,

Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of Mary P. Davison, Esq. dated April 12, 2017, the notice of said motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the appeals from the judgments rendered August 5, 2016 are hereby consolidated for the purposes of perfecting and arguing the appeals.
