Judgment of the Court of Special Sessions of the City of New York, Borough of Brooklyn, convicting appellant of a violation of section 986 of the Penal Law (book-making) reversed on the law and the facts, fine remitted, and information dismissed. The evidence adduced was insufficient to establish appellant's guilt beyond a reasonable doubt. Nolan, P.J., Carswell, Adel, Wenzel and MacCrate, JJ., concur.
