PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN, Plaintiff-Appellee, v. JASON D. HISE, Defendant-Appellant.

ORDER
On order of the Court, the application for leave to appeal the February 8, 2024 order of the Court of Appeals is considered, and it is DENIED, because we are not persuaded that the questions presented should be reviewed by this Court.
Bolden, J. (concurring).
I agree with the Court's decision denying leave to appeal. I write separately to note that defendant's judgment of sentence (JOS) states that he pled guilty to two counts of third-degree criminal sexual conduct, when in fact he pled no contest to those charges. Our order denying leave does not preclude defendant from moving the trial court to correct the JOS to accurately reflect his no-contest plea. See MCR 6.435.
