Withdrawal of counsel allowed by order
Good cause appearing, the motion of Mark D. Lenenberg, appointed appellate-only counsel for Richard Joseph Hirschfield, for permission to withdraw as attorney of record for appellant, filed August 29, 2022, is granted.
The order appointing Mark D. Lenenberg as appellate-only counsel of record for appellant Richard Joseph Hirschfield, filed November 10, 2015, is hereby vacated.
Richard Jay Moller is hereby appointed as counsel of record, to represent appellant Richard Joseph Hirschfield, for the direct appeal in the above automatic appeal now pending in this court. Mark D. Lenenberg is hereby directed to deliver to Richard Jay Moller, within 60 days from the filing of this order, all appellate work product, trial files, and all other appellate materials that he has obtained from appellant Richard Joseph Hirschfield or from his trial counsel or paralegals, or from any other source.
