ORDER

On order of the Court, the application for leave to appeal the February 16, 2022 order of the Court of Appeals is considered and, pursuant to MCR 7.305(H)(1), in lieu of granting leave to appeal, we REVERSE the December 7, 2021 order of the Genesee Circuit Court denying the defendant's motion to remand for a preliminary examination, for the reasons stated in People v Peeler, People v Baird, and People v Lyon,___ Mich___ (Docket Nos. 163667, 163672, and 164191, decided June 28, 2022), and we REMAND this case to the circuit court for further proceedings not inconsistent with Peeler, Baird, and Lyon.
