Attorney Regulation.

The Presiding Disciplinary Judge approved a Conditional Admission of Misconduct submitted by the parties and publicly censured Timothy Cameron Hicks (Attorney Registration No. 21880), effective January 11, 2010. In December 2008, Respondent pled guilty to driving while ability impaired (DWAI) in violation of C.R.S. § 42-4-1301(1)(b). He was sentenced to 180 days of jail without probation or community service on April 1, 2009. His misconduct constituted grounds for the imposition of discipline pursuant to C.R.C.P. 251.5 and violated Colo. RPC 8.4(b) and C.R.C.P. 251.5(b).
