Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of New York, Second Department
Nov 4, 1991
177 A.D.2d 506 (N.Y. App. Div. 1991)

Opinion

November 4, 1991

Appeal from the County Court, Nassau County (Harrington, J.).

Ordered that the judgments are affirmed.

We have reviewed the record and agree with the defendant's assigned counsel that there are no nonfrivolous issues which could be raised on appeal. Counsel's application for leave to withdraw as counsel is granted (see, Anders v. California, 386 U.S. 738; People v. Paige, 54 A.D.2d 631; cf., People v. Gonzalez, 47 N.Y.2d 606). Thompson, J.P., Sullivan, Harwood, Miller and O'Brien, JJ., concur.
