LC No. 06-004359-02-FC

Kirsten Frank Kelly Presiding Judge Thomas C. Cameron Anica Letica Judges

ORDER

On reconsideration pursuant to the January 31, 2023 order of the Michigan Supreme Court, we VACATE the September 3, 2021 order of this Court to the extent that it denied the delayed application for leave to appeal on the basis of MCR 6.502(G).

The delayed application for leave to appeal is DENIED because defendant has failed to establish that the trial court committed an error requiring reversal in denying the motion for relief from judgment. See People v Powell, 303 Mich.App. 271, 279 n 1; 842 N.W.2d 538 (2013).

The "motion for extension of time to file motion for reconsideration or remand for the appointment of counsel" is DENIED.
