THE COURT:
The opinion herein, filed on June 2, 2003, appearing at 30 Cal.4th 835, is modified as follows:
In the second sentence of the opinion, appearing on page 845, the words "a dangerous or deadly weapon" shall be modified to read "a firearm."
This modification does not affect the judgment.
