DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, rendered August 9, 2017. Motion by the appellant pro se for leave to prosecute the appeal on partial transcripts. Separate motion by the appellant pro se for a "default judgment" against the respondent for failing to file a respondent's brief and to impose sanctions against the respondent.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion for leave to prosecute the appeal on partial transcripts is denied, without prejudice to renew upon proper papers, including the appellant's affidavit setting forth the amount of the appellant's retirement accounts; and it is further, ORDERED that the motion, inter alia, for a "default judgment" against the respondent is denied.
