CONTEMPT, § 4erroneous judgment. Record did not authorize trial court's judgment finding state's attorney guilty of contempt and sentencing him to pay a fine in proceedings wherein he had objected to appointment of a special state's attorney to conduct investigations before grand jury relating to alleged failure in administration of justice.

Error to the Circuit Court of LaSalle county; the Hon. ROY WILHELM, Judge, presiding.

Judgment reversed. Heard in this court at the October term, 1948.
