The motion to waive fees is GRANTED for this case only.

The motion to adopt the prosecutor's confession of error is GRANTED.

Pursuant to MCR 7.205(E)(2), in lieu of granting the delayed application for leave to appeal, the October 12, 2021 decision of the Jackson Circuit Court denying defendant's request to correct the judgment of sentence is PEREMPTORILY REVERSED, and this matter is REMANDED to the circuit court for entry of an amended judgment of sentence, which awards defendant jail credit in the amount of 423 days. A copy of the amended judgment is to be transmitted to the Michigan Department of Corrections. This order is to have immediate effect. MCR 7.215(F)(2).

We do not retain jurisdiction.
